Refund Policy

At Starlifac Ventures Corporation, we strive to provide exceptional services and digital products that meet your business needs with clarity, care, and professionalism. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’ve designed this refund policy to be transparent and fair.
1. Consulting Services
All consulting sessions, once scheduled and confirmed, are non-refundable. However, clients may reschedule appointments with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. If we must cancel for any reason, a full credit or reschedule will be offered.
3. Custom Projects
For custom business documents, branded materials, or development services:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin.
Remaining balances are due upon delivery.
No refunds are issued once a project has been completed or final files have been delivered.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds or credits may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of:
Duplicate charges
Incorrect or unreceived file delivery (must be reported within 7 business days)
5. Chargebacks
We kindly request that you contact us directly with any concerns before initiating a charge-back. Unauthorized disputes may result in revoked access to future services or materials.
